Apple is a surprising audience with the latest features and updates coming in the market. In the recent update, Apple rolled out the features that left the audience stunned which includes AR in an extended form.
It is common knowledge that Apple is on the adventure to add reality technologies for the past few years. Whether it is virtual reality or augmented reality, they have tried their hands on both.
However, they have present the augmented reality in a drastically amazing manner with its addition to the e-commerce world. Retailers can now put the 3D product or flat sticker on the app to allow users to preview it. This is a great addition to the real-world giving the audience a proper look at the product before finalizing the purchase.
As per TechCrunch, an AR preview button can be easily added by the retailers to allow customers to preview the product and make the direct purchase with Apple Pay as part of iOS and iPhone app development.
The customer can check how the product will look at the desired location or person and then make the direct purchase from the preview section.
In 2018, Quick Look was added by Apple with ARKit2. However, there are a few limitations including checking only AR models and doesn’t support the item purchase or research. The user needs to close a Quick look in order to check the product details and even make the purchase.
Apple is not limited to this feature but has added spatial audio support for the iPad OS developers build and Quick Look’s iOS. The 3D models will have upgrade sounds with the support including speaker blastic music.
Apart from this, Apple was planning to add Qualcomm’s X55 modem-powered 5G iPhones that were to be launched in fall. However, there are a few limitations to the in Qualcomm that are making the makers of the iPhone redesign the 5G antenna without using the existing hardware of Qualcomm.
This release might also be seen in the market this year giving the iPhone a new look and build.
