Microsoft has also extended the Link to Windows feature which allows users to send messages along with managing phone notification directly on the PC and is available for foldable devices and a series of Samsung Galaxy devices too.

The latest update allows the user to check on their battery charging status without picking up the phone offers actual strength to the update. There is no need to check the status of your battery on the phone up since you will simply know the status on your PC.
Even the message notification and calls can be maintained with the PC only. In a seamless manner, it is easy to transfer calls from smartphone to PC and handset with in-app dialer. Along with this, mirror your handset to the PC to make the connection for call and synchronize the photos easily.
Safe Mode with Windows Hello PIN
Windows has given a new start to the safe mode that works on a limited set of drivers and files. This makes it easy to troubleshoot the issues directly from the PC. Once the safe mode is on, there won’t be an issue if the device drivers and default settings are perfect.
Windows 10 is promoting a passwordless journey and it is a step towards its goals. Windows Hello Pin is just an addition in the long list of features to work in safe mode. Hence, while troubleshooting the device, there will be no need to rely on a password. It is easy to set it in the device with the simple steps:
- Go on Setting and click on the Accounts option. Then Sign-in to your account.
- Safe mood device booting:
- Go to Setting and click on the Update and Security option. Tap on the Recovery option.
- Advanced Startup>Restart Now
- This will restart the system. Under the Choose an option pop up, tap on Troubleshooting. Then move to the Advanced Options and then Startup Setting. Tap on to Restart option to enter the BitLocker key.
- On the restart of the system, there will be several so use the key F4 or option select 4 in safe mode to start your PC. To use networking in Safe Mode, press F5 or select option 5.
- Use Windows Hello PIN to sign-in to your device.
